PROVEN: 5 Ways you can get straight legs naturally

Complete exercise on each side before moving on to the following exercise. Perform the whole shebang a few times a week to see results. (All you need is a Theraband, or a pair of tights, if you don't have a band.)

1. Pencil Side Leg: Stand with your hands on your hips and your feet together. From this position, soften your left knee and lift your right knee straight out to the side, and lower it to nearly touch your toes to the ground. Pulse back up two times. On the last pulse, touch just your right toes to the ground, transfer your weight to the right leg, and bring your left toes to meet your right toes, keeping your heels off the ground the whole time. Next, step back out with your left foot, and bring your right foot to meet your left to complete one rep.
What it does: Promotes posture, core strength, balance, and inner and outer thighs, calves, and ankles.

2. Bow and Arrow Lunge: Stand with both arms extended in front of you at shoulder-height. Take a large step forward with your left leg. From this position, bend both knees to 90-degree angles, and lower into a forward lunge. Push through your left heel to come back up to standing position. Next, rotate your right toes to point toward the right, and plant your right heel as you bend your right arm to drive the right elbow across your chest and out to the right side. Keeping your shoulders over your hips, bend both knees and lower down into a plié. Press up through your heels, turn your right toes to your left, and extend the right arm straight in front of you to complete one rep.
What it does: Builds core strength and balance, lengthens the quads, and strengthens your glutes and inner and outer thighs
3. Curtesy Passé: Grab both ends of the Theraband (or tights) and hold them together with one fist over the other. Then, place your left foot in the center of the band with your toes turned slightly out. Keeping the band taut and close to the center of your chest, cross your right leg behind your body, and bend both knees to lower your body into a curtsy lunge. At the same time, shift your fists over your left hip, and pull the band up toward your chin with your elbows out to the sides. From this position, press up through your left heel to stand and bring your arms back to starting position. Next, drive your right knee out to the right side as you bring your right toes toward your standing knee. Step back into a curtsy lunge to complete one rep.
What it does: Strenthens your core, improves your balance, works your glutes and hamstrings.
4. Arabesque Lunge: Hold one end of the Theraband (or tights) in each hand, and place your left foot in the center of the band. Extend both hands straight out in front of you to form a V with your arms. Without dropping them, take a large step behind you with your right leg, and bend both knees to lower your body into a backward lung. Pulse twice, then press up through the left leg, hinge forward from the waist to lift your back leg up off the floor, and point the right toes behind you.
What it does: Builds core strength, improves your balance, and strengthens the glutes, hamstrings, and inner thighs.
6. Kneeling Knee Dip: Get on your hands and knees with your shoulders stacked over your wrists and your knees under your hips. Cross your left knee and foot over your right calf. Without changing the angle of your knee and foot, drive your left knee straight out to the side, then lower it back to starting position with control to complete one rep.
What it does: Strengthens the glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, and outer thighs.

PROVEN: 5 Ways on How to get more likes on Facebook than ever

1

Post often, but not too often. Posting often increases your visibility on people's timelines, making it less possible for your posts to be overlooked or skimmed over. If you can become known for posting interesting and funny status updates, photos and videos, people will be more likely to stop and take notice when your name appears on their feed. The more people who actually pay attention to what you're posting, the more people who'll be inclined to like each post.
  • A word of warning though, posting too often will just clog up people's feeds and they'll become tired of it, which may lead them to hide you from their timeline or possibly unfriend you - not what you want at all!
  • A good guideline to follow is about 1 to 2 posts a day, everyday. According to an analysis done by KissMetrics, posting 1 -2 times a day increases other Facebook users' engagement by 40%

2

Post more photos and videos. People are very visually-oriented, so photos and videos are more likely to capture people's attention than wordy status updates. It only takes about half a second for a person to take in a picture, so it requires very little effort, and they can respond to it almost immediately. Interesting or funny videos are also a great way to get likes, but you may need to include a comment which entices people to watch the video in the first place, something enigmatic and intriguing like "This video is so funny I snorted milk through my nose" or "I can't believe this video is for real...needs to be seen to be believed!"
  • Tagging friends and acquaintances in pictures is also a great way to get likes and possibly make new friends. People are narcissistic and like to see pictures of themselves (as long as they're flattering!) so get tagging and start rolling in the likes.

3

Keep it short and sweet. People are lazy. And impatient. They want to be entertained and they want it now. Therefore, long-winded or wordy status updates are more likely to be given a cursory glance, then quickly scrolled past. Remember that Facebook is not a blog - people don't want a summary of your day, a description of what you ate for breakfast or a lengthy opinion piece on the latest episode of Breaking Bad. They want short, amusing anecdotes or concise updates on cool, interesting things you've seen or done. So give the people what they want.
  • Unlike Twitter, you're not technically limited to 160 characters or less, but you should seriously consider imposing this rule on yourself!
  • Of course, if you have a blog, you're more than welcome to share a link to these in-depth musings on your Facebook page. Once you've built up a reputation for posting interesting and unique status updates, people might be more inclined to click through to your blog.

  1. 4
Ask interactive questions. Another great way to get more likes is to be interactive with your Facebook friends, by asking engaging questions and requesting other people's opinions. You can also ask for other people's help or recommendations - people like to be the ones to give the best or most interesting answer. Examples of this might include something like:
    • "Calling all techies! My computer is refusing to install the new version of iTunes...help please?" or "Anyone tried that new pizza place downtown? I need a cheese-y carb fix - stat!" Just be sure to reply to any respondents quickly so they'll be willing to help you out again in future.
    • Do not abuse the question system though, you shouldn't ask questions that are too personal or that require too much effort from other users. For example, asking people whether a certain picture "makes you look fat" is a definite no-no, while asking people for an explanation of how to make a PowerPoint presentation is just lazy. Google it.

PHOTOS: Meet Nigerian most handsome guys on instagram... No. 6 is HOT

A while ago, I did a top 5 list of the prettiest Nigerian girls on Instagram. It turned out to be one of the most viewed posts on my blog.

So today, I decided to compile a list of six of the most handsome Nigerian dudes on IG (for the ladies) and I’m listing them according to their number of followers starting in ascending order.

I couldn’t gather enough information on them as I would have liked (partly because I don’t like stalking guys lol), but what I do have is pictures!!! So hope you enjoy it.

We want Biafra because Nigeria is not functioning and can never function- IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu says

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, says the demand for the secession of the South East from Nigeria is because the nation seems not to be functioning and can never function. Kanu said this in an interview with Al-Jazeerah ,to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Biafran war yesterday May 30th.
Speaking in the living room at his Father's house in Umuahia, Abia state, Kanu said Nothing seems to be working in Nigeria. There is pain and hardship everywhere. What we're fighting [for] is not self-determination for the sake of it. It's because Nigeria is not functioning and can never function." "
Kanu who was granted bail last month, says he doesn't care if he is flouting one of the terms for his bail which prohibits him from granting media interviews.
"I don't care. I can't go outside to call for a press conference. I can't go on Biafra Radio to broadcast. I can't allow large [groups of] people to basically congregate outside to see me … it's like asking me not to breathe," he said
Kanu decried the perceived marginalization of the Ibos in Nigeria, saying that they have been prevented from aspiring to assume important positions in the country such as President, Inspector General of Police, Chief of Army Staff amongst others
"I'm not allowed to contest for the presidency of Nigeria because I'm Igbo. I'm not allowed to aspire to become the inspector general of police because I'm Igbo. I'm not allowed to become chief of army staff because I'm Igbo. What sort of stupid country is that? Why would any idiot want me to be in that sort of country?" he said.

Former President Jonathan is broke - former PDP Youth Leader, Deji Adeyanju says

Former PDP youth leader and convener of the Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju, says former president Goodluck Jonathan is broke. Speaking in a recent interview with Sahara Reporters, Deji said Jonathan has complained he doesn't have money. He refuted claims that the former president was a corrupt leader.

"The former president is a simple man and he is very trusting. The problem was that he trusted too many people and those people did not live up to the expectation. Personally, I do not think that the former president is corrupt. But there were too many corrupt people around him. Now, he complains that he doesn't have money. So if a former president can be complaining all the time, not just once, not twice.....he complains frequently. Its a very complicated thing. We did our best and offered the counsel we could give but things turned out the way they did"he said

Deji commended the APC government for the ongoing war against Boko Haram and also for the return of the abducted Chibok girls which according to him, his party which is the PDP could not accomplish.

"No doubt they have tried in the war on terror Again we could not bring back any of the girls and they have brought out some of the girls. I believe that the girls were kidnapped. When it first happened I had my doubts because of the circumstances of the principal and her story not adding up but when the girls came to the villa, the ones who escaped, I saw them and I connected immediately. Infact, I came to social media to apologise that if I had raised some doubts, I was very sorry. I apologised to the Bring Back Our Girls people and I urged them to stand firm and I think those giving this conspiracy theory that the girls are looking well fed and that the girls were hidden in a politicians house...these are not necessary. These girls were taken. and we should stop politicizing the agony of the family"he said
